JOHN First Responders and Veterans Treatment Center is turning one! We’re celebrating a year of providing residential and outpatient treatment for Veterans and First Responders in a restored historic home in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and we’d love you to join us. Community and referral partners and friends of JOHN are invited to connect with our team, enjoy light refreshments (and cake), and help us mark this milestone.

JOHN is Turning One, and You’re Invited

JOHN executive director Matt VanLiere says, “Thank you for everything you have done to make our first year possible. Thanks for believing in this mission, and for caring about the people who walk through our doors. We have opportunities ahead of us to grow, strengthen our program, build new relationships, and reach even more First Responders and Veterans who need our help. Join us!”

JOHN (Just One Hero Needed) Veterans and First Responders Treatment Center

JOHN (Just One Hero Needed) offers programming exclusively for Veterans and First Responders. Our staff at all levels have lived experience or strong personal ties to the military or First Responders communities.
