Erin Carrigan, MA, LLPC, LPCC

Clinical Manager, Eating Disorders

Erin Carrigan earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Child and Adolescent Development from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Erin has worked in a variety of mental health settings, both inpatient and outpatient. Her focus is on eating disorders and other psychiatric disorders. Further, Erin has served in many roles including mental health technician, primary therapist, and Assistant Program Director to Program Director.

Erin specializes in working with individuals in their struggle to accept who they are, gaining neutrality with their body image concerns, and those struggling with eating disorders and family dynamics. In addition, Erin has experience with common co-occurring disorders; OCD, borderline PD, anxiety and depression.

Erin is Health At Every Size (HAES) informed along with a body trust provider. And she has significant experience with exposure work and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) . As Clinical Manager, she loves to take therapy outside the four walls and lean into experiential therapy using the outdoors as a healing component and guide for recovery.

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her French Bulldogs, Molly and Peaches. Loves to spend time in the great outdoors, exploring new cultures, traveling, attending music concerts, diving into a self-help book on the beach and, of course, laughing.
