Gregory Moore is a healthcare attorney and consultant with a passion for serving the behavioral health provider community. During his career, Greg has represented and counseled healthcare organizations of all types and sizes, including firms and funds looking to invest in behavioral health; behavioral healthcare companies, facilities and networks; behavioral healthcare information networks; medical groups; clinically integrated networks; population health management companies; federally-qualified health centers; certified community behavioral health clinics; trade associations; nonprofit and for-profit hospitals, including psychiatric hospitals; and international and domestic medical tourism companies. 

Greg is a thought leader and innovator regarding the integration of behavioral health care and physical medicine. With 30 years of experience serving clients in the industry, his legal practice covers the full spectrum of regulatory, transactional, and litigation services. Greg has achieved a prestigious AV rating by Martindale-Hubble. His peers have continuously selected him as a Super Lawyer in Health Care Law and Labor and Employment Law since the Super Lawyers’ peer rating service began. Greg had also been honored as a Michigan Lawyers Weekly Leader in the Law by his peers. 

 In January 2009, Greg created a Behavioral Health Care Law Practice Group, the first of its kind in a national law firm. He continues to guide behavioral healthcare clients in his legal practice while maintaining a thriving Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Avant Consulting, which focuses on preparing behavioral healthcare companies for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisition and sale.
