Chief Executive Officer

Tracy Rogers is a healthcare and hospital executive with a record of translating excellent clinical care into strong financial performance since 2013. She has a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan College, Macon, GA, and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, FL. Tracy is also a licensed mental health counselor. She served as CEO of a hospital, driving significant growth in the census, clinical outcomes, and patient safety.ย As a CEO, she has expertise in instilling a culture of operational excellence and leading organizational change to improve margins, patient access, and quality of care. Tracy is skilled in building relationships with physicians, administrators, staff, and other stakeholders and breaking down communication silos. She has also served as VP of Revenue and Healthcare Operations Consultant in the healthcare field.

Tracy, who was happy as a consultant, met Rae and David Green through a mutual colleague. As she puts it, “They are the reason I wanted to serve as a CEO again.” Because Sanford Behavioral Health is privately owned and small enough to feel manageable, Tracy sees it as an opportunity to make a positive difference in peopleโ€™s lives, helping them overcome challenges and achieve mental wellness.

She is driven to serve as CEO because she believes that everyone deserves access to quality care that heals and empowers. Tracy has a passion for transforming lives and communities, and she is eager to leverage her expertise and experience to innovate and expand Sanford Behavioral Health’s services while addressing the complex needs of individuals, families, and organizations.ย By fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence, she aims to make a lasting impact on the lives of Sanford’s clients while inspiring a new generation of leaders to join her in this critical and rewarding work. In her free time, Tracy loves to be outdoors with her family, watching her son play baseball and hanging with the family’s three Frenchies.

Tracy says, “At the heart of every individual’s journey is a desire to heal, to grow, and to thrive. As a leader in behavioral health, I am humbled by the opportunity to walk alongside others on this journey and to empower our communities with the compassion, support, and resources they need to flourish. Every day, I am inspired by the resilience and courage of the individuals we serve. I am driven by a passion for delivering compassionate, innovative, and effective care that helps people live their fullest lives.”
