New Podcast Launch: Mental Health Working Mom’s Gripe Session

What, us gripe? From left, Tracy Rogers, Rae Green, Rebecca Wolfslau, and Katie Vokes in the lounge at the JOHN Veterans & First Responders treatment center.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new podcast, Mental Health Working Moms’ Gripe Session. Gripe Session is a candid, funny, and compassionate space created by moms for moms. Our host is Sanford Behavioral Health CEO Tracy Rogers, LPC, LMHC, NCC.  Significant, because Tracy is the mother of an 11-year-old boy who spent much of his early childhood in a ‘couch crib’ in the C-suite. (More on that in the podcast.)

Also featured in our first episode are Sanford Founder Rae Green, JD, LPC, CAADC; Senior Director Rebecca Wolfslau, LPC; and COO Katie Vokes. Their children range from toddlers to adults. Together, they bring not only professional expertise in mental health but also firsthand experience of what it means to love your child and love your leadership role.

The gals discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of being a working mom with a stressful job. Smart, outspoken, funny, and at times poignant, their conversation features head lice, missed milestones, bedtime tears, and a Rainbow Fish analogy. JOIN US monthly with host Tracy Rogers and a changing cast of Sanford Behavioral Health moms and special guests. Sanford Behavioral Health sponsors Mental Health Working Moms’ Gripe Session.
