Falynne Hudecz-Raab

Director of Finance and Accounting

Falynne Hudecz-Raab started her career in public accounting, specifically in tax. After several years, she decided it wasn’t a great fit and wanted to do something more meaningful with her degree in accounting. Falynne worked briefly in non-profit and private accounting before finding her role at Sanford Behavioral Health. She began her role as a Senior Staff Accountant in January 2022. From there, Falynne gained more responsibility and became the Accounting Manager. She continued to grow and garnered more experience in her role, which led to the Director of Finance and Accounting position she now holds.

As the Director of Finance and Accounting, Falynnes manages Sanford’s financial activities and goals. Finance works behind the scenes with other departments to ensure Sanford meets these goals while providing the best care possible. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. Their favorite activities are camping and hiking.
