LinkedIn Profile

Isabella Wolschleger began her career working in community health, where she quickly recognized significant gaps in access to mental health resources. Many clients were not receiving the level of care or support they deserved, which sparked her interest in finding solutions to better connect individuals with appropriate treatment. That experience ultimately led her to Sanford Behavioral Health. At Sanford, she saw an opportunity to join an organization focused on improving access and continuity of care.

Isabella is especially passionate about closing access-to-care gaps through education, increasing awareness of available resources, and advocating for clients to ensure they receive the treatment they need and deserve. She says, “Community Outreach is unique in that you truly get out of it what you put into it. My approach is to show up as a respectful, trustworthy community partner who is always willing to help. I value collaboration and actively look for opportunities to work with others to address gaps we see in the community.”

Isabella’s outreach role allows her to stay closely connected to community needs and respond in a way that aligns outreach efforts with those needs. Whether itโ€™s through education, advocacy, or building meaningful relationships, those principles are at the forefront of every conversation she has. She is focused on creating real impact, not just by connecting individuals to care, but by strengthening the network of providers and resources that support the community and Sanford as a whole.

In her free time, Isabella loves to wind down with yoga or a good book. She and her partner enjoy travel, especially visiting Up North for long weekend trips whenever they can. She’s also been getting into gardening!

Isabella says, “Sanford focuses on the whole person, an approach made possible by our teamโ€™s flexibility and willingness to individualize treatment. Our behavioral health campus model supports continuity of care by allowing us to tailor treatment to each individual and ensure a smooth transition between levels of care”
